  Jerry Norton, founder of Citizens for Jessica's Law in Maryland the lead

  organization in promoting a 25-year mandatory minimum jail sentence for child

  rapists, has endorsed James Braswell.

  Former Gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Terry McGuire, has endorsed James 

  Braswell.

 August 10, 2006 - The Honorable Jon Brooks endorsement

  Dr. Jon Brooks has officially endorsed James Braswell

 August 8, 2006 - Braswell endorsed by Robert Duckworth

   Robert Duckworth, Clerk of the Circuit Court, has officially endorsed James

   Braswell's bid for election.  In a written statement, Robert Duckworth stated that

   "James is a man of integrity with the education and experience to be a strong  

   and effective leader for the citizens of District 31.  He is one of you."

 August 5, 2006 - Taste of the Town Fundraiser

   Congratulations to Bella Napoli for winning the "Taste of the Town" at our 

   fundraiser (which was a huge success).  It was a close contest with The   

   Bonefish Grill finishing a close second.
